COMPANY STRUCTURE

Products offered on VonnGallery are not sold by the Website Owner, but by independent third-party Sellers. When purchasing products through the Website, a contract of sale is concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
MEBE LLP, as the Website Owner, is not a party to this contract.

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller and are not enforceable against the Website Owner.

VonnGallery does not sell products directly, does not hold inventory, and does not assume legal responsibility for the goods offered on the Website. The Website Owner operates solely as a commercial intermediary, facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAW (EU / EEA SELLERS)

If the Seller is located in the European Union (EU), Norway, Liechtenstein, or Iceland, the European Distance Selling Directive applies. Under this directive, Buyers are entitled to the following rights:

  • The Seller must provide clear and written information regarding pricing, taxes, payment methods, delivery, and performance of the agreement.

  • Products must be delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If an item becomes unavailable, the Seller must inform the Buyer and refund any prepayment within 30 days, unless a comparable product is supplied.

  • The Buyer has a right of withdrawal of at least 14 days, during which the purchase may be cancelled without stating a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, and refunds must be issued within 30 days.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

  • Website: The platform accessible via www.vonngallery.com and its subdomains, where third-party Sellers offer movable goods.

  • Website Owner: The entity registered in England and Wales operating the Website and facilitating transactions.

  • Buyer: Any individual placing an order through the Website.

  • Seller: An independent third-party supplier selling goods to Buyers via the Website.

  • Contract of Sale: The agreement formed directly between Buyer and Seller.

  • Intermediary Service: The service provided by the Website Owner to facilitate ordering, payment, and communication.

  • Movable Goods: Physical products offered for sale on the Website.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The statutory right of the Buyer to cancel the purchase within the applicable period.

  • Durable Medium: Any medium allowing information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting outside their trade or profession.

ARTICLE 3 – MEDIATION SERVICE

Goods offered on VonnGallery are sold by third-party Sellers. A contract of sale is concluded directly between Buyer and Seller.

The Website Owner provides an intermediary service and is authorised to place orders with the Seller on behalf of the Buyer.

If the Seller is located outside the EU or UK, products may be imported in the Buyer’s name. Any import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

Payments are processed by the Website Owner and forwarded to the Seller.
Displayed prices may differ from the amount paid to the Seller; any difference represents a mediation or service fee charged by the Website Owner.

ARTICLE 5 – COMPLAINTS (MEDIATION SERVICE)

Complaints regarding the mediation service may be submitted to VonnGallery via the Website. All complaints will be handled carefully and answered within 14 days.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Buyers may withdraw from the purchase agreement with the Seller within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer laws.

Returned goods must be sent directly to the Seller. The Website Owner does not receive or process returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Refunds are issued by the Seller after receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

VonnGallery is not responsible for refunds or disputes regarding returned products.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sealed hygiene products once opened

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products after download

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable by the Seller

These exclusions are determined by the Seller, not the Website Owner.

ARTICLE 9 – PRICES

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The Website Owner reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and adjust prices at any time.

Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY & WARRANTY

Product conformity, quality, and warranties are the responsibility of the Seller.
The Website Owner is not liable for defects, incorrect items, or warranty claims but may assist in communication where possible.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY

The Seller is responsible for dispatching orders, usually within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping, customs issues, delays, or losses must be resolved between Buyer and Seller. The Website Owner holds no liability.

ARTICLE 12 – DURATION & TERMINATION

VonnGallery does not offer subscriptions unless explicitly stated. Any future subscription services will clearly disclose cancellation terms prior to purchase.

ARTICLE 13 – FRAUD & PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Payments are confirmed once received by the Website Owner. Fraud checks may be conducted, and orders may be cancelled if fraud is suspected.

ARTICLE 14 – PRODUCT COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding products must be addressed to the Seller. VonnGallery may act as an intermediary but is not responsible for the outcome.

ARTICLE 15 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes involving the Website Owner fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

ARTICLE 16 – FINAL PROVISIONS

Nothing in these Terms creates a direct contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Website Owner regarding the goods sold. The Website Owner acts solely as an intermediary.

ARTICLE 17 – DISCLAIMER

VonnGallery does not sell products directly and assumes no liability for product quality, delivery, customs, or warranty claims. All responsibility lies with the Seller.
